Myself and the Firepow team have spent over 12 months of long hours, hard work and dedication to bring this software to you.
As I mentioned in the letter, I stand behind this product 100%... 110% in fact - literally!
But this page isn't about the 110% refund, because that's spelled out pretty clearly in the letter.
This page concerns refunds of other natures.
First let me say this:
To provide a service of this quality we have high costs. Servers, development costs, the costs of our team of support and other staff - it's not easy to do. That's why the program is a monthly fee and not a one off.
Secondly let me say this:
I am more than happy - ecstatic in fact - to provide a full refund to you if you feel that Firepow isn't what I said it was, isn't what YOU thought it was, or malfunctions, underperforms, or fails to meet your expectations in any way.
If Firepow doesn't earn your approval - I don't want your money. However:
I am NOT willing, and will NOT provide a refund for the following reasons:
- Any inability to use the software on your part.
If you don't have time to use the software...
Decide after purchase that it's not the path you want to take
You lose your job, develop an illness, anything that is not in Firepow's control...
I can't provide you a refund for.
In all these situations I will CANCEL your membership immediately - no questions asked, so you incur no further costs.
But just like you can't go and buy Windows Vista - decide that you want a Mac instead - then go and ask Microsoft for a refund... neither will I provide a refund under these circumstances.
At Firepow, we're trying to build a community of dedicated, successful online marketers so that every new member is able to learn and grow with and from the rest of the group. We don't want Tire Kickers or refund seekers to be a part of what we have - plain and simple - and these are the measures I'm taking to ensure that's what happens.
